This is a fursuit headbase hand cast in high quality expanding foam, molded from one of my very own sculptures. It is soft and squishable making it great for beginners and experienced DIY crafters alike. The soft foam is easily cut with an electric bread knife or even carved out by hand with some patience and a pair of scissors.
If you don't want to carve it out yourself, I can even do it for you (for the cost of my time, of course!) I have options of uncut bases, cut and hallowed out bases, and cut hollowed out and lined with fleece bases for any needs you might have.
**NOTE: This base does NOT fit my triangle frames without modifying the base, and I cannot make them fit for you, even if you order cut and lined. Please order round frames. I can NOT refund non-fitting frames if you order frames that do not fit. **
My bases measure approximately 11 " Long x 10 " High x 10 " Wide. These are already made and ready to ship as soon as payment has cleared!
These are made by hand, one at a time and may have minor surface imperfections and bubbles. This is normal and should not affect your finished project. :)
I'm also offering miscast bases that have some larger holes and lumps that may need some fixing up to make work.
These are made in a home with Cats and Birds, and while I keep them away, I am not responsible for possible contamination so be aware if you have allergies.

At this time I do not make custom eyes, however I have over 90 design options currently available and all sorts of blank mesh options for making your own!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time:
This is how long it takes me to pack and ship your order. ALL orders will take 1 - 2 weeks to ship. This means, it may actually take 14 days before your order ships.
If you have ordered CUSTOM items or item UPGRADES (like clear coating, liner, cutting your base, etc) it can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
I will notify you of any delays, concerns or questions, however if you don't reply quickly, your order may ship later so please be prompt.
Shipping time:
Once your order has shipped the actual shipment time is dependent on how long it takes the postal service to get it to you. Please allow 1-4 weeks for shipments within the United States and 4 - 16 WEEKS for international. I cannot control this. Please be patient.

It's amazing! The only thing I'm struggling with is getting things to stick to the smooth surface, even after I rough it up. I'm sure I can make it work though. Overall, I 100% recommend this shop and its products!
